The 2 day weekend course will cover RYA Seamanship Skills and will cover
  • Boat-handling skills as both helm and crew
  • Problem solving afloat.
  • Aspects of launching and recovery in different circumstances
  • Stopping, man-overboard and anchoring
  • This course is generally taught in Wayfarer, Laser 2000 or Hartley 12.2 dinghies
We provide all sailors with buoyancy aids and we have some waterproof jackets and trousers for you to use if the weather is inclement.
