Instructor Preparation Training
The Instructor Preparation week is aimed specifically at candidates looking to progress to RYA Dinghy Instructor level who already hold the RYA Advanced sailing modules. During the week there will be preparation for both the Instructor course and the RYA Pre Entry Assessment.
You must be aged 16 years + to take the RYA Pre Entry Assessment.
You will recap on advanced sailing skills and the skills required for the RYA Pre Entry Assessment on the water as well as consolidating your background theory knowledge off the water. The week concludes with the RYA Pre Entry Assessment on the Friday.
We provide all sailors with buoyancy aids and we do have some waterproof jackets and trousers for you to use if the weather is inclement.
